About the role
Under the guidance of experienced engineers and surveyors, the Cadet will have the opportunity to develop the necessary skills and experience.
Salary for this position will be dependent on the Cadet’s current level of study and will be negotiated per applicant.

You will be currently enrolled in a Surveying or Engineering degree course, and have a keen interest in gaining on-the-job experience in Surveying/Engineering.
You will have basic knowledge of the surveying and engineering industry, as well as a high level of oral and written communication skills. You will enjoy mathematics, the outdoors and working in a diverse team environment.

What is a Cadetship Program?
Our Cadetship Program will see you moving through different areas of our business on a rotational basis. You will gain experience in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Planning allowing you the space you need to develop a well rounded career.
As a cadet, you will learn and develop quickly, while working your way towards a formal university course with the University of Southern Queensland by distance education.
The successful candidate will be able to work full time with the possibility of travel, be a motivated, keen, enthusiastic team player with a love for maths and the outdoors. A current Drivers Licence and your own transport would be a major advantage, however not entirely necessary as long as you can get to work.
