Lachlan is a Registered Surveyor and Survey Manager with over a decade of experience in the surveying industry. Leading and delivering high quality surveying solutions, his expertise spans railway, construction, civil engineering, cadastral, project management and land development projects with a strong focus on railway survey and design.
A Bachelor of Spatial Science (Surveying) graduate from the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Lachlan has successfully completed the NSW Board of Surveying and Spatial Information (BOSSI) competency assessments to become a Registered Land Surveyor.
Lachlan is passionate about leveraging innovative technology and precision methodologies to deliver projects efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
His role at Hanlons involves project and contract management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership, where he drives technical excellence and operational efficiency in surveying services. Lachlan takes pride in mentoring emerging professionals, fostering skills development and contributing to the future of the surveying profession.
As an active member of the Institution of Surveyors NSW (ISNSW) and Permanent Way Institution (PWI), Lachlan engages in professional development, industry advocacy and knowledge-sharing initiatives. He is particularly committed to infrastructure development, ensuring that communities benefit from well-planned, sustainable projects.
He lives by the motto of 'Life's short, so make sure you love what you do'. His passions outside of work include Rugby League, music and spending time with his young family and friends.
