Tim is a graduate of University of Southern Queensland with an Associate Degree in Spatial Science (Surveying) and has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Tim has also obtained a Diploma of Project Management through TAFE NSW, a Diploma of Engineering Infrastructure Specialisation (Rail) through the University of Tasmania and is a Graduate of the ACS Business Academy.

Operating out of our Tamworth office, Tim is our Operations Manager and manages the team at Hanlons, the day to day running of the business and on occasion partakes in some Engineering Surveying.

From his time in the industry, Tim has developed a wide and diverse set of skills including engineering surveying, civil infrastructure and bulk earthworks designs as well as project and contract management. Tim has employed this skill set across a variety of projects requiring a multi-faceted approach. Tim has provided consulting services to the general public, local and state government authorities and infrastructure managers.

These skills have also seen Tim involved in numerous sporting committees. He is a past President of the Collegians Junior Rugby League Football Club, President and Vice President of Tamworth and District Minor League, Junior Vice President of Group 4 Junior Rugby League and current President of Tamworth Water Polo Association.

When he’s not working, Tim loves spending time with his family including following his 3 boys around with their sporting endeavours, fishing, coaching Rugby League and squeezing in a game of Golf for himself whenever he can.
