Norm is one of our Hanlons Engineering Cadets. Currently enrolled at USQ in a civil engineering degree, Norm was previously employed as a maintenance electrician with the role of designing, installing and maintaining equipment.

His ability to think, research and act in adverse situations, combined with his growth through continuous learning makes Norm well suited to his new role at Hanlons.

Being a cadet allows him to work alongside our experienced team and be mentored by highly skilled professionals.

Norm is driven by the satisfaction of a job well done and values honesty, growth, achievement and relationships, meaning he fits in well with the culture at Hanlons.

Outside of work and study, Norm loves to get involved in sport and recreational activities like camping, fishing, water polo and rugby along with experimenting in the kitchen.
